The Scotty (14" Sausage & Onion Pizza)
Our famous sausage-and-onion pizza, named after the late Scott Bucholtz, husband to Nadia and father to Zachary, Austin and Bianca. Scott passed away in 2017 after a prolonged battle with melanoma. He was a pizza connoisseur with a strict code: every time he tried a new pizzeria — to make a fair, apples-to-apples comparison — his first order was a sausage-and-onion pizza. When we first opened Nadi Plates to the public in June 2022, the first order was…you guessed it…The Scotty.
Made with our homemade, family-recipe pizza dough, our signature homemade pizza sauce, and mozzarella cheese. Topped with Italian sausage, diced onions and parmesan cheese. Par baked, frozen fresh, and ready for your home oven!
