Not to brag, but our food truck eats are not only mouth-watering-ly good but also are handmade from scratch every day. Menus vary seasonally and by location, and specials are rotated in and out!

American Family Field Menu

we’re back again at AmFam for every Brewers home game!

  • What were you expecting this to say? It’s got pepperoni and cheese, served with a side of marinara.

  • Can you guess? It’s sausage and cheese, served with a side of marinara sauce.

  • We see you, vegans! Sautéed onions, mushrooms, bell peppers, and creamy vegan sauce.

  • Thinly-sliced beef on a fresh-baked roll, topped with au jus, grilled onions and peppers, and a side of hot gardiniera.

  • Served with a house-made garlic aioli.

  • Hand-made with mozzarella, parmesan cheese, garlic and basil, and served with marinara dipping sauce.

Classic Pizzas

our pizzas are all hand-stretched and made to order, using our homemade, original-recipe dough and sauce.

    The Scotty is named after Scott Bucholtz, Nadia’s late husband and a pizza connoisseur. Whenever trying a new pizzeria for the first time, Scott always ordered a sausage-and-onion pizza (to make a fair, apples-to-apples assessment, he’d say).

The Nadi Bits

  • Our from-scratch deep-fried mini rice balls. Available in several varieties including Classic Vegetarian, Italian Meat, Vegan, Mexican, Greek, Thai and Indian!

  • Corn Tortilla Chips, Bechamel Sauce, Meat Sauce, Black Olives, Tomatoes, Green Onions, Parmesan Cheese. Vegan, Vegetarian and GF options available.

  • All the elements of a perfect lasagna, but on regular pasta, baked, and served in a bowl.

  • Crispy tempura shrimp deep-fried to perfection and topped with sea salt and green onions.

  • Thrice-marinated grilled chicken breast cut into cubes and served on a skewer with fresh tomatoes, topped with a Balsamic glaze.

  • Crispy grilled tofu marinated in Balsamic vinegar, skewered with fresh tomatoes and topped with a Balsamic glaze. Vegan.

  • Our homemade focaccia, topped with butter, seasoning, and served with a side of sauce. Vegan by request.

  • Nadia’s homemade meatballs. Soft and flavorful on the inside with a subtle char on the outside. Served in a bowl with our meat sauce.

Sandwiches

  • We season, roast and slice our roast beef from fresh USDA Choice cuts. Served with homemade au jus on toasted Turano French Rolls, with grilled onions and green peppers, provolone cheese and pepperoncini.

  • Sliced turkey breast, homemade basil pesto, cheese and mayonnaise grilled between two slices of…our homemade pizza dough!!!

  • Thin-crust 10” pizza topped with Nutella and powdered sugar.

  • Cold, sweet lemon ice! Other flavors available by request and advance order.

  • Available in multiple sizes and a variety of flavors. Advance purchase required.

  • Vanilla chiffon cake with 2 layers of pistachio cream and an almond crust. Served with a scoop of cannoli filling.

  • In an effort to protect the environment and reduce our use of single-use plastics, we set up a water fountain during the summer months. A limited supply of plastic water bottles may be available for purchase. We will also recycle your bottles for you!
