PICKUP: In-person pickup is available in Milwaukee and Waukesha.

SHIPPING: We’ll ship to any of the 50 U.S. states. Flat-rate shipping is available via UPS in 4 pricing tiers based on region. Most orders placed by 5pm CST on Friday will ship the following Monday.

PAYMENT METHODS: Visa, Mastercard, Discover, American Express, Apple Pay. We’re also excited to be partnering with Afterpay to offer easy pay-in-4 installment plans. Just select “Afterpay” as the payment method and sign up for 4 easy bi-weekly installments.

COMING SOON: We’ll be expanding the menu in the near future, and will be adding gluten-sensitive and plant-based options as soon as possible!

ACCOUNTS: When checking out, you can create an online Nadi Plates account to save your address and payment method, view your online order history, and track existing orders.

GIFT CARDS: Gift cards are available in increments of $50 and are available to use immediately online, OR in-person at any public food truck event. Gift cards may also be redeemed for any service including catering, subject to availability.

NO PRESERVATIVES: We proudly make all of our food from scratch in our kitchen, using locally-sourced ingredients whenever possible. We add NO PRESERVATIVES to our food, so please make sure you use or freeze your orders as described. They will be good for up to one year in the freezer.

MINIMUM ORDER: In order to keep our shipping costs down, we do require a $50 minimum order size.

CUSTOM REQUESTS: At this time, we aren’t able to fulfill any special requests, but are working on adding that functionality soon!
